Things you will need
Steak (any kind will work best if New York cut)
Olive oil
The sauce that no one can pronounce it brings out flavor in meat I think you know what I’m talking about
Vinegar
Soy sauce
Montreal stark or chicken seasoning
Tomato and basil seasoning
Salt
Pepper
How to make dish
Mix everything in a medium to large bowl (except for the steak) and stir until well blended
Add the steaks in to the bowl and make sure they are completely covered cover bowl with tin foil, plastic wrap, or if the bow use that and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes to make sure the marinade get in the stake
Once you have done that take out the stakes use a non-stick spray or pan and put the steaks on and set the stove setting to 8 and every 8 minutes check it and flip it over or how every you like to cook steak put if you do it my may do that 3 times the after that let it cook for 4 minutes then take it off
now get a drink sit a table or on your couch eat and enjoy your evening
