Fruit soup


Stewed Dried Fruit. It can either be served for lunch, or as a delicious dinner dessert.

  1. Cook the fruit in the water until soft.
  2. Press through a sieve or process in a blender if you desire a finer texture.
  3. Add sugar and thicken with potato flour mix.
  4. Serve hot or cold, with cream or half and half.
