  1. Use same dough as for Kèiskuch.
  2. Pare and core apples.
  3. Place in rows on dough.
  4. Cover with 1 cup sugar and ˝ teaspoon cinnamon and dot with butter, or cover apples with custard of:.
  5. Two eggs beaten, 1 cup milk, ˝ teaspoon cinnamon mixed in 1 cup sugar.
  6. Bake at 375°F (175°C) for about 30 minutes.
