ADOBO is known internationally as a Filipino dish. Amazingly, Filipino vegetarians have experimented with ways to create vegetarian adobo dishes. The basic sauce still involves a mixture of vinegar (or kalamansi), soy sauce, a little Sugar and black pepper. If you are looking for fiber, vitamins and minerals, you can turn to adobong kangkong.
