1. Mash the bananas well in a bowl. Stir in the nutmeg, cinnamon, and egg. Add 2 cups flour and mix well.
  2. Let the mixture stand for 10 minutes. Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan.
  3. Drop 1 tablespoon at a time of the mixture into the oil. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve hot
