Ingredients[]
- 1 1/2 c Crushed graham crackers or club crackers
- 3/4 c Melted butter
- 1 1/2 c Brown sugar
- 3/4 c Milk
- 1 1/2 c Flaked coconut
- Frosting
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions[]
- Spread crushed crackers in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan
- Bring butter, sugar, cocount and milk to a boil and simmer 4 to 8 minutes until it thickens
- Set aside to cool about 5 minutes.
- Spread the above mixture over the crackers.
- Place another layer of crackers over the mixture.
- Combine all frosting ingredients, and use to top
