  1. Skin and cut up cucumbers. Cut into bite size pieces.
  2. Put in large bowl.
  3. Crush garlic.
  4. Add to cucumbers.
  5. Pour in buttermilk.
  6. Mix thoroughly (more garlic may be added, if you wish).
  7. salt to taste.
  8. Keep refrigerated.
  9. Serve cold.
