Alfalfa Bacon Tomato Salad

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Hager Estate in Canton, Texas in 1982.

Ingredients

• 4 cups alfalfa sprouts
• 2 cups tomatoes diced small
• 1 cup chopped cooked bacon

Dressing

• 3 cups mayonnaise
• ¼ cup prepared mustard
• ¼ cup plain yogurt
• 1½ teaspoons horseradish
• 1½ teaspoons honey

Directions

1. Prepare dressing by combining and stirring all ingredients until well blended.
2. Combine sprouts, tomatoes and bacon and serve with dressing poured over.
