1. Saute in oil, onion and garlic for 5 mintues.
  2. Stir in seasonings and sugar.
  3. Add tomatoes, carrots, celery, cauliflower, pepper, turnip and broth.
  4. Boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
  5. Add chicken and zucchini, 10 more minutes.
  6. Cook couscous as directed on package, fluff with fork, stir into mixture and serve.
