Makes 6 servings.


  • 1/2 cup pasteurized American process cheese spread
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup catsup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 12-ounce package frankfurters, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 14-1/2 to 16-ounce can tomatoes, crushed and drained (2 cups)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped Onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Combine Cheese spread, milk, catsup, salt and pepper in small saucepan. Heat on low until well blended.

Combine Cheese sauce with rice, frankfurters, tomatoes and Onion. Turn into buttered shallow 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees 25 to 30 minutes, or until heated through. Sprinkle with parsley.
