  1. Place peaches in a square casserole dish.
  2. Combine the next four ingredients.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the honey or maple syrup, sesame tahini, and almond extract together.
  4. Work both mixtures together until crumbly.
  5. Spread evenly over peaches and bake at 375° F for 35 minutes or until golden.
