Ingredients[]
- 2 cups cooked rice, cooled
- 2 cups (8 ounces) crab meat
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1 cup sliced celery
- ¼ cup sliced green onions
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon ground white pepper
- lettuce leaves
- ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted
Directions[]
- Combine rice, crab meat, peas and green onions in large mixing bowl.
- Blend mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice and white pepper.
- Add to rice mixture; toss lightly.
- Serve on lettuce leaves.
- Garnish with almonds.
