- 1 orange, peeled, quartered, and sliced
- 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, halved
- 1 medium kiwi fruit, pared, quartered and sliced
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
