Description

Use in place of grated Parmesan or Romano cheeses.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blanched almonds, finely ground
  • 1 cup engevita yeast (powdered)
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight-fitting lid and shake vigorously.


  • Store in your fridge for up to a month.
