For the absolute best tasting mashed potatoes!

Ingredients Edit

  • 2 – 3 fist sized potatoes per person being fed
  • 1 small celeriac
  • about 1 tbsp of cream (as heavy as you care to have it)
  • a dab of butter (about 1 tbsp)
  • salt to taste
  • pepper if desired, freshly ground is best and white pepper if you don't like seeing little black flecks in your white mash

Directions Edit

  1. Peel and cube the potatoes
  2. Peel and cube the celeriac
  3. Boil together until tender
  4. Mash together with the cream, butter, salt and pepper
  5. Serve
