This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Dubach Estate in Combine, Texas in 1984.

  1. In a small frying pan fry onion in olive oil until deep brown.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. When cooled add sour cream.
  4. Stir very well to ensure complete mixture of onions, oil and sour cream.
