1. Make pudding according to package directions. Stir in lemon juice, peel and extract.
  2. Reserve ¼ cup for topping. Spoon remaining pudding equally into 4 dessert bowls.
  3. Toss remaining ingredients. Spoon on top of pudding. Drizzle with reserved pudding.

Note Edit

  1. Use fruits such as kiwi, strawberries and oranges for the assorted fruit slices.
