  1. In a blender or food processor, combine sugar and strawberries.
  2. Blend these until smooth.
  3. Pour into a large bowl and add sour cream; using a whisk, mix well.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping.
  5. Spoon into 8 custard cups, cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.
