American Egg Rolls

Makes 18 – 20 eggrolls

Ingredients

• 1½ lbs pork or chickens (not ground)
• 8 ounces cheddar cheese
• 8 ounces mozzarella cheese
• 1 package egg roll wraps
• soy sauce
• salt
• pepper
• 1 jar sweet and sour sauce or honey mustard

Directions

1. Cube the pork or chicken in ½ inch cubes and stir fry, season with salt pepper and soy sauce to taste.
2. Let cool.
3. Roll meat and both cheeses in wrappers.
4. Fry egg roll in ½ inch of oil til brown.
