Ingredients[]
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 lb. beef chuck, ground
- 1/4 cup cubed carrot
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 can condensed onion soup, undiluted
- grated Parmesan cheese
Directions[]
- About 1/2 hour before dinner, in pan, in oil, brown beef and add carrot, potatoes, soup, and 1 soup can water.
- Simmer covered, 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
- Top with cheese.
