Ingredients

• ¼ oz Tennessee whiskey
• ½ tsp sugar
• 1 – 2 dashes bitters
• chilled champagne

Directions

1. In collins glass, combine the Tennessee whiskey, bitters, and sugar, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
2. Fill with champagne and add a slice of peach.
