Ingredients[]
- 2 glasses very finely ground blanched almonds or ½ finely ground + ½ more coarsely ground
- 1½ glasses icing sugar
- enough orange blossom water to make a stiffly ground mix
- cloves
Directions[]
- Form into small pear or other fruit shapes and stick a clove on top of each to make stems.
- Place in small paper cases and serve on a pretty cake plate.
