Ingredients[]
- 16-oz. pkg. ground pork breakfast sausage
- 16-oz. tube refrigerated jumbo biscuits
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1-1/2 oz. pkg. country gravy mix
Directions[]
- Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat; drain.
- Spray a 13"×9" baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray; set aside.
- Separate biscuits and tear into one-inch pieces; line the bottom of pan with biscuit pieces.
- Scatter browned sausage over biscuits; sprinkle sausage with cheese.
- Whisk together eggs, milk and seasonings; pour over cheese.
- Prepare gravy mix according to package directions; spoon over egg mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes, checking after 30 minutes, until firm in the center.
Yield: Makes 6 to 8 servings
