Ingredients
- 3 – 4 medium tomatoes
- 1 Onion, cut in long stripes
- 1 long red pepper, cut in rings
- 1 long green pepper, cut in rings
- cucumber, cut in slices
- olives
- parsley
- oregano
- salt
- olive oil
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Sprinkle with olive oil and serve.
