- Makes 2½ to 3 dozen
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp baking powder (heaping)
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 – 4 large eggs
- ¾ cup evaporated milk
- 3 tbsp oil
Directions
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Combine eggs and milk; add to dry ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls into 375 °F oil; cook until brown.
