This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Anderson Estate in Wylie, Texas in 1991.

  1. Blend vodka, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and one cup of ice in an electric blender.
  2. Blend at high speed until well combined then pour into a wineglass.
  3. Decorate with pineapple and cherry.
