ANGEL FOOD DOUGHNUTS -
4-6 lg. eggs 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. soda 2 tsp. baking powder Vanilla and salt to taste 1 c. sour cream 1 1/2 c. sour milk OR buttermilk 6 c. flour
Beat eggs until lemon colored; add remaining ingredients alternately. Use doughnut press and fry in hot lard. Makes 6 dozen.
