  • Makes 4 Servings.



  1. Drain clams over a skillet, reserve clams.
  2. Add clam juice, water, garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes to skillet.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add broccoli, cook 3 minutes.
  5. Add pasta and oil, cook 3 minutes more.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir clams into skillet.
  8. Cover, let stand 5 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  9. Stir mixture.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
