  1. Heat olive oil in skillet.
  2. Peel and gently press garlic.
  3. Add garlic and pepper.
  4. Cut cherry tomatoes in ½ and tear basil into sm pieces.
  5. Add cherry tomatoes and basil.
  6. Simmer 5 min.
  7. Season with salt.
  8. Discard garlic cloves.
  9. Cook pasta according to directions.
  10. Drain and toss with sauce.
  11. Garnish with freshly grated pecorino.
