Angus Barn Chocolate Chess Pie

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 Sticks butter
• 1 1/2 Sq. unsweetened chocolate
• 1 1/3 c Sugar
• 3 Small eggs
• 1/3 ts salt
• 1 t vanilla extract
• 1 9-in. pie crust -- unbaked

Directions

1. Melt butter and chocolate over boiling water.
2. Mix sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla.
3. Add egg mixture to chocolate mixture.
4. Pour into pie shell and bake at 375 deg. for about 35 minutes.
