  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves together; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl beat eggs until foamy and very light.
  3. Slowly pour in oil, beating on lowest speed of mixer.
  4. Gradually add flour mixture to egg/oil mixture beating on lowest mixer speed until smooth.
  5. Fold in carrots and nuts. Pour into greased and floured 11x15 inch cake pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, then test for doneness.
  7. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
  8. When fully cool, ice with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Buttercream
