Annie's sherry Bars
Filling:
- 1/2 c butter
- 4 c powdered sugar
- 1/4 c Half-And-Half Cream
- 1/4 c sherry
Topping:
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 3 tb Half-And-Half
- 4 tb butter
First Layer: Melt chocolate And margarine Together. Add eggs, sugar,flour, salt, vanilla. Spread This Mixture in a Jelly Roll Pan And Bake
- 20–25 minutes. Refrigerate Until Cool.
Filling: Cream butter And powdered sugar. Slowly Add Half-And-Half And The sherry. Mixture Should be Light And Fluffy. Spread on Cool Base AndRefrigerate Until Cold. Topping: Melt chocolate chips And Add Half-And-HalfAnd butter. When Filling is Cold, Spread on Top And Keep in RefrigeratorUntil Serving Time. Cut Into Squares.
