  1. Place Greens on Large Serving Platter.
  2. Arrange artichoke Hearts, peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and olives on top
  3. Combine breadcrumbs, italian seasoning and salt in a shallow bowl
  4. Dip cheese in egg, then breadcrumbs, turning to coat all sides thoroughly
  5. Dip each piece in egg and breadcrumbs a second time
  6. Heat olil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Place cheese cubes in skillet and cook 2 -3 minutes until golden brown, turning to cook on all sides
  8. Place fried cheese on platter
  9. Drizzle with veingar and sprinkle with basil
  10. Serve immediately
