Ingredients[]
- 1 can garbanzo beans, drained (15 oz)
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts (6 oz)
- 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives, cut into halves
- 1/2 cup herb and garlic or Italian salad dressing
- 2 bunches romaine, torn into bite size piece
- 1 bunch leaf lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni, if desired
- Freshly ground pepper
Directions[]
- Toss beans and artichoke hearts with liquid, olives, and salad dressing.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Just before serving, toss with remaining ingredients.
