Use as stuffing for poultry or pork roast. To serve as a side dish, cook until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings

  1. Cook apple, onion, celery, raisins, poultry seasoning, thyme and pepper in margarine in large skillet until vegetables are tender crisp.
  2. Stir in rice, almonds and apple juice.
