Ingredients[]
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 2/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 t. celery salt
- 1 1/2 t. dry mustard
- 3 T. coarsely chopped onion

- Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Package vinaigrette in an airtight container and chill.

- Makes about 2 cups vinaigrette.
