  1. Peel, seed and quarter the Apples.
  2. Let sit in cold water.
  3. Set the water with the Sugar, cinnamon and cloves to boil.
  4. When it starts boiling, add the Apples, cover and simmer until the Apples are soft.
  5. Serve cold
