This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Williams Estate in Tyler, Texas in 1994.



  1. Beat eggs then add sugar and vanilla and beat well.
  2. Add dry ingredients and mix.
  3. Pour in apples and stir until evenly distributed.
  4. Pour into a deep baking dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350 °F.
  5. Serve warm.
