Apple Mousse

Ingredients

• 4 apples
• 2 egg whites
• 1 tsp gelatin
• sugar
• a pinch of vanilla

Directions

1. Stew sour apples in some water until very soft.
2. Then grate through the sieve, add sugar, vanilla, gelatin and egg whites to apples and whip until it is light and fluffy.
3. Serve in a glass bowl with milk.
