- 3 small apples, cored and sliced
- ½ cup applesauce
- ½ tsp lemon rind
- 1½ tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
Topping[]
- 1 oz quick oats
- 2 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp + 1 tsp diet margarine
Directions[]
- Mix the base mix in an 8" baking dish.
- Combine the topping mix and crumble over the apples.
- Bake at 350 °F for 35 – 40 minutes.
