- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 3/4 cup quick or old fashioned oats, uncooked
Directions[]
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine butterscotch morsels, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; set aside.
- Place apples in a 13x9 inch baking pan; sprinkle morsel mixture over apples.
- Bake 20 minutes.
- Combine flour, brown sugar, cut in butter until crumbly.
- Stir in pecans and oats; sprinkle over apple mixture.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes until apples are tender. Cool slightly.
