Apple Pineapple Bake

This recipe comes from an Estate Sale and were obtained when The Family Collection from The Wetzel Estate in Plano, Texas was purchased in 1982. Contributed by Catsrecipes Y-Group

Ingredients

• 3 Apples, sliced thinly and unpeeled
• 1 Cup crushed pineapple, drained (reserve Juice)
• ½ Teaspoon cinnamon
• 1½ Teaspoons granulated sugar
• ¼ Cup pineapple juice

Directions

1. Slice apples into a baking dish
2. Sprinkle pineapple over apples and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
3. Pour juice over mixture
4. Bake in microwave for 7 minutes.
