Apple Slaw

Description

• Serves 8

Ingredients

• ½ cup whipping cream
• ½ cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 large apple
• 4 cups cabbage -- shredded
• 8 ounces crushed pineapple -- drained

Directions

1. In a large bowl combine cream, mayo, and sugar.
2. Core apple, dice but do not peel.
3. Add diced apple and cabbage to mayo mixture.
4. Fold in pineapple.
5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
