Apples with Wine Sauce

  1. Peel apples, remove the core through the hollow of stem.
  2. Fill this hollow with sugar and bake in a preheated oven until done (you are able to cut with fork).
  3. Sauce:.
  4. Beat yolks with sugar, vanilla and add hot wine.
  5. (warning* do not double recipe unless you have a really big bowl).
  6. Put the bowl with sauce in a pan with hot water and whip until dense.
  7. Serve apples and the sauce cooled down.
