This recipe came from an estate sale. It was obtained when the family collection was purchased from the Burnett Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1981.
Ingredients[]
- 12 ounce jar apricot preserves
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions[]
- In 1 quart casserole, stir together preserves, ginger and lemon juice
- Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
