1. Combine apricot jam and almonds, mix well.
  2. Cut each pastry sheet into quarters.
  3. Divide apricot mixture evenly between pastry squares.
  4. Lightly brush edges with water. Fold in half forming a triangle.
  5. Press down lightly to seal.
  6. Place on an ungreased oven tray and brush with milk.
  7. Bake at 200*C for approx. 15–20 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
  8. Dust with icing sugar and serve warm with cream, icecream or custard.
