Artichoke with meat




  1. Cover artichoke heads with water, flour and lemon juice.
  2. boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove and fry in some butter.
  4. Place aside.
  5. Fry onion until soft.
  6. Stir in meat, salt, and spice.
  7. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Remove meat from heat.
  9. Stir in carrots.
  10. Distribute meat mixture over prepared artichokes.
  11. Place in a tray.
  12. Add water.
  13. Cover and cook over moderate heat for 15 minutes or until tender.
  14. Serve artichokes hot, garnished with pine nuts and accompanied by cooked rice, radishes and lemon.
