Ingredients[]
- 1 arepa dough (made by mixing pre-cooked white corn flour, salt, and water)
- 1 c Ground Pork rind
- 1 c Grated white cheese (Muenster or Paisa work well for this)
Directions[]
- Knead dough with Cheese or Chicharrones.
- Shape into a discs and deep-fry in hot oil.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
