Fried corn cakes from Antioquia with Cheese or Pork rind
Ingredients
- 1 x Basic arepa Dough recipe
- 1 cup Grated Muenster Cheese, OR
- 1 cup Ground chicharrones
Directions
- Knead dough with Cheese or chicharrones
- Shape into 4-inch discs and deep-fry in hot oil until crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
