Corn Bread Jenesanen-style

Ingredients

• 1 basic arepa dough
• 1 cup muenster cheese
• 2 egg yolks
• 4 tbsp butter softened

Directions

1. Knead dough with egg yolks, butter and cheese.
2. Shape to 4-inch discs and cook on a griddle.
3. Serve hot, spread with butter.
